Steps for Registration/Application Form

 

·       After carefully reviewing all instructions, click 'Proceed to Registration' below. On the following page, enter your basic information.

·       Click 'Register Now' to proceed. You will receive an email at the provided address with further instructions.

·       In the next step, fill in your required details and upload the documents.

·       Click 'Proceed to Online Payment' and follow the steps to complete your payment.

·       Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a link to download the Admission Form, which also outlines the subsequent steps.

Instructions for Registration

  • Limited forms available online for Grade Early Learning for respective campuses.
  • For Grades Early Learning, Kindly visit/contact the campus helpdesk for subject/stream counselling before procuring the form.
  • Kindly check for the Transport availability for your area before procuring the form.
  • One person is entitled to get only one form per grade.
  • Purchase/ Procurement of Registration/Admission form doesn’t give any right to the admission. The admission is subject to vacancy and fulfilment of conditions for admission process.
  • Incomplete form or form with incorrect information, in any respect, will not be accepted or liable to be rejected.

Documents Required

  • Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation.
  • Copy of Aadhaar Card of Child to be admitted.
  • Copy of Caste Certificate, as applicable.
  • Three Passport size Photographs of Child to be admitted.
  • Two Postcard Size Photographs parents with child to be admitted.
  • Copy of Vaccination/Immunization Card of the Child to be admitted.
